Hachioji Ramen with plenty of onions: Ganso Bintei Binbin Main Store
今日は最初に八王子ラーメンを堪能しました。
Today, I first enjoyed Hachioji Ramen.
八王子ラーメンはたまねぎがのっているということで、
Since Hachioji Ramen is topped with onions,
八王子駅北口から徒歩５分の場所へ。
I went to a place about a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Hachioji Station.
たまねぎ追加にするとたっぷり！でも、このしゃきしゃきかんとスープがおいしいかったです。
When I added extra onions, there were plenty! But the crunchy texture and the soup were delicious.
醤油ベースなのか、ついかのラーメンたれ、酢、唐辛子と味変をしながら、
It seemed to be soy sauce-based, and I changed the flavor with the ramen sauce on the table, vinegar, and chili peppers.
たまねぎは北海道産とアピール。
They advertised that the onions were from Hokkaido.
でも入口横につんであった段ボールには青森産？中国産？
But the cardboard boxes stacked beside the entrance said Aomori? China?
でも美味しかったのでよし！
But it was delicious, so that’s fine!
最後は帰り道にある小太郎で
Finally, at Kotaro on the way home,
もつ煮と日本酒を楽しみました。
I enjoyed motsuni (simmered pork offal) and sake.
