今日は鳥取駅に行く用事があったので、
お昼はラーメンを食べることに。
I had something to do near Tottori Station today, so I decided to eat ramen for lunch.
ラーメンを食べるのはほんと久しぶりだったので、楽しみにしていました。
It had been a long time since I last had ramen, so I was really looking forward to it.
Googleで調べてみると、鳥取では牛骨ラーメンが有名とのこと。
When I searched on Google, I found that Tottori Gyūkotsu Ramen is famous in Tottori.
いくつかのブログでも紹介されていたお店に行ってみました。
So I went to a ramen shop that was recommended on several blogs.
今回はチャーシューが2枚のったラーメンを注文。
This time I ordered a bowl of Kiwami ramen with two slices of chashu.
普段は豚骨ラーメンや二郎系ばかり食べているので、
牛骨ラーメンはかなり新鮮に感じました。
I usually eat tonkotsu ramen or Jiro-style ramen, so I thougt the beef bone ramen is very new to me.
スープが甘めで、チャーシューも最高でした。
The soup was a little sweet, and the chashu was excellent.
結局、替え玉もして大満足です。
In the end, I even ordered an extra serving of noodles and was very satisfied.
