中国・上海で味わう韓国の味「カンジャンケジャン」
上海に住んでいた頃、よく通っていたのが「韓国街（コリアンタウン）」です。地下鉄10号線の龙柏新村駅から南へ徒歩15分ほど。虹井路と虹泉路の交差点あたりにあります。
When I was living in Shanghai, I frequently visited Koreantown.
It’s located about a 15minute walk south of longbai Xincun Station on Metro Line10.It’s near the intersection of Hongjing Road and Hongquan Road.

韓国焼肉店、韓国スーパー、美容院、マッサージ店など、韓国のお店がずらりと並んでいて、まるで韓国に来たような雰囲気。特に焼肉店が多くて、手軽に本格的な味が楽しめます。
The area is filled with Korean Shop, Including BBQ restaurants,grocery stores,salons,and massage parlors.Korean BBQ are epecially popurar, offering authentic flavors at reasonable prices.
上海にはたくさんの韓国人が住んでいて、日本人学校のように韓国人学校もあります。スーパーには韓国食材が豊富で、ちょっとした旅行気分になれるのも楽しかったです。
Since many Koreans live in Shanghai, There is even a Korean school like japanese one.Inside the korean supermarkets, you can firnt a wide variety of ingredients from Korea.

よく空心菜や韓国海苔を買っていました。ときどき、みそや調味料も。日本のスーパーと比べると安いから。
I often bought water spinach and korean seweed.Sometime Igot miso and seasoning too, that’s Because its cheaper compared to japaneseShop.
まだ高島屋や日系スーパーがなかった頃は、韓国スーパーまで買い物に来ていた、なんて話も聞いたことがあります。新鮮館ができる前の話ですね。
back when Japanese stores like Takashimaya hadn’t opend yet, I heared japanese relied on Korean shops to get groceries. That’s story I heard many times.
そんな韓国街で出会ったのが「カンジャンケジャン（간장게장）」。初めて食べたときの衝撃は今でも覚えています。冬になると無性に食べたくなって、よく通っていました。
It was there that I had my first taste of GanjangGejang.I was amazed by how delicious it was.Every winter, I’d crave it and make the trip to Koreatown just to eat it.
最近は、大型モールにもカンジャンケジャンの専門店が出てきているようです。より身近になったのが嬉しいですね。
these day, we can even find Ganjang Gejang restaurants in Large shopping malls.Its quite surprising, we can enjoy such authentic food in a foreing country.
また食べたいなと思って、楽天で注文してしまいました。本当は、いつか本場の韓国で食べてみたいなと思っています。
Recentrly, I found my self missing it so much that I orderd som on Rakuten
I still dream of visiting Korea someday to try real thing.
