Today I went to Mitsuya-do Seimen.
I went to Ikebukuro.
It was on the second floor and a rather small shop, but the moment I stepped in, there was a wonderful aroma.
Mitsuya Seimen-do also has a branch in Shanghai, and I remember that when I ate it for the first time, I got so excited thinking, “I can eat genuinely delicious tsukemen in China!”
I love that slippery, smooth texture of the noodles, and that yuzu fragrance was the best.
Here, as a final touch, the staff shaves yuzu peel in front of you.
What was a little disappointing was that I had a bag with me, but they asked me to move it because customers were coming.
Since there was no case nearby to put my luggage in, I was confused about what to do.
But the taste is the best.
Since there are several branches in Shanghai as well, I hope that Chinese people and people from overseas will also come to know the goodness of Japanese tsukemen.
